Founder
Angel-Monique Davis is an educator, youth advocate, mentor, and community leader with more than 18 years of experience serving children, families, and communities through education, case management, behavioral support, and youth development. Holding a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and a Master of Science in Criminal Justice Administration, she has dedicated her career to helping young people overcome barriers, discover their potential, and build meaningful pathways toward success.
Throughout her professional journey, Angel-Monique has served as a teacher, case manager, behavioral interventionist, program coordinator, and mentor, working with diverse populations across schools, community organizations, and family support systems. Her work is rooted in the belief that every young person deserves access to opportunity, guidance, and a supportive community that sees their value and invests in their future.
As the Founder and Executive Director of N'Zari Heartline, Angel-Monique combines her expertise in education, youth development, and community engagement to create innovative programs that foster leadership, emotional wellness, academic growth, mentorship, and life readiness for youth ages 8–23. Through culturally responsive practices, meaningful relationships, and future-focused learning experiences, N'Zari Heartline seeks to strengthen not only young people, but also the families and communities that support them.
Her vision extends beyond mentorship. Angel-Monique is building a movement centered on empowerment, resilience, belonging, and purpose—one that prepares young people to navigate challenges, embrace their unique identities, and become positive contributors to their communities and the world.
